Use of the Withings SDK is subject to signing a service contract with Withings.
Do not attempt to modify or publish under your name any provided assets, including this guide, native libraries or any assets or information provided by Withings.
Assets provided for test and implementation feasibility shall never be used in production.
Use of the Withings Name and Trademark:
- When referencing our company name use “Withings”. The Withings name and logos are all protected by applicable trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws. Withings reserves the right to cancel, modify or change these guidelines or the Withings API Agreement at any time at its sole discretion.
- You may make truthful, factual references to Withings in the plain-text descriptions of your application’s features and benefits. You must not use the Withings name in your application name or make any other suggestion that your application is an official Withings app or is otherwise endorsed by Withings.
- When referring to interoperability with Withings, you must use one of the following:
  - “Powered by Withings”
  - “Compatible with Withings”
Rules Regarding Use of Withings Logos:
- Only use Withings logos and assets available on https://www.withings.com/fr/en/press#logo
- Never use Withings logos in any manner that implies your application was developed or sponsored by Withings.
- Withings logos can appear near, but must be completely separate and apart from, the name/logo of your application.
- Never use any part of a Withings logo as the icon for your application.
- Never modify, alter or animate Withings logos

In the event of a breach of these rules, Withings reserves the right to terminate the service without notice.
