End user consent

The Withings API is secured through the OAuth 2.0 process to authorize the partner to retrieve end user data linked to the end user's account. API credentials will be shared with the partner during the installation process so end users do not need to go through the standard Withings account creation and OAuth flow.

In accordance with data privacy regulations, Withings assumes that the partner has clearly informed the individual that Withings will process their data as a service subcontractor.
